A deposit via bank wire or Paypal within 48 hours after booking is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you with instructions. Guests are required to settle the payment in time to guarantee the booking.

Please be noted:

- Pets, smoking and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited at the property.

- For those who check in with pets are not allowed to stay and the payment will not be refunded.

- The property position is lower than windbreaks. Sea views are not available.

- If there is a typhoon warning in Hualien and Taitung, the property will not offer accommodation and the deposit will be refunded to guests.

- Parking is available on site. The property is not responsible for the stolen or damaged of guests’ car. Please be aware of the place of parking to avoid the natural disasters caused damage to windows or trees crushed.

- Guests might find some insects and creatures around the property.

- The TV channel signal may be affected by the weather.

- The maximum number of guests per room is based upon room policy. For those who check in with extra persons are not allowed to stay and the payment will not be refunded.
